                Established in 1992, PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA is a contractor company with a substantial footprint across Indonesia. At first, PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA focused on constructing residential houses in JAKARTA. During the years, the company placed itself as a dependable partner which can be relied upon to construct more various projects (factory, department store, showroom and real estate) on time.

OUR PORTFOLIOS :

YOGYA GROUP (PT. AKUR PRATAMA) is one of the biggest Indonesian retail company (Supermarket and Department Store). YOGYA GROUP serves more than 100,000 customers all over Indonesia. Nowadays, YOGYA GROUP has more than 70 Department Store operating in West Java and Central Java. YOGYA GROUP trusted PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA to built one of their Department Store – located in Bojongsoang. The project covers 4 story buildings with a total area 11,000 m2. This Department Store includes basement for parking, supermarket, food court, retails area, etc. This project was completed smoothly in 10 months.

PT. CALBEE INC JAPAN is a major Japanese snack food maker. It was founded in Japan on April 30,1949. It launched operations at a new plant in the United State for making its mainstay products “Kappa Ebisen” shrimp chips and “Saya-endo” snow pea cripes. PT. CALBEE INC decided to open their first factory in Indonesia (Karawang) by cooperating with PT.WINGS FOOD INDONESIA. This project sits in a 6 hectare area. The building itself covers almost 35,000 m2 of the factory, office, silo, water treatment plant, etc.

                As Mentioned earlier in the company history, PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA started its carrier by constructing a residential projects. Up till now, PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA still construct a luxury house project. One of them is located in Cirebon. The total building size takes up to 2,000m2. This project adopted European classic style. All of the materials used for this are top notched (high end). This project was using teak wood as its doors and sills. Marble was also utilized for flooring and restrooms. Door handle was using Baldwin. This project also adopted automatic lighting system to maximize the lighting effect. This project took 1,5 years to complete.

                PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA was trusted to build Honda car showroom in Cirebon. Total Building size nearly 2,000 m2. It covers car showroom, service center, and office. The construction was completed in 10 months. It is one of PT. WAHANA CIPTA MULIAGRAHA’s proud project, as we know that Honda is a worldwide company.
